讲座内容简介：

In this talk, we give a survey on our recent results on left invariant Einstein metrics on compact simple Lie groups, including naturally reductive and non-naturally reductive Einstein metrics. We will also give an introduction to Einstein metrics on compact simple Lie groups attached to standard triples.

讲座人简介：

邓少强，南开大学数学学院教授、博士生导师，享受政府特贴专家。从事李群与微分几何的研究，在Adv. Math., Crelle's Journal, Trans. AMS等杂志上发表100多篇研究论文，独立撰写的专著《Homogeneous Finsler Spaces》2012年由Springer出版社纽约分社出版。2003年入选教育部优秀青年教师资助计划，2004年入选新世纪优秀人才支持计划，2007年获宝钢优秀教师奖，2014年获教育部高校自然科学二等奖（第一完成人），2015年获天津市教学名师奖，2016年获天津市五一劳动奖章，2020年被评为天津市劳动模范，2022年获得教育部霍英东教育教学二等奖。主持8项国家自然科学基金项目，其中重点项目1项。邓少强教授是2013-2017和2018-2022年度教育部数学专业教学指导委员会委员。
