讲座人简介：周富军，华南理工大学数学学院教授、博导，现任数学与应用数学系主任。本科毕业于兰州大学，博士毕业于中山大学，曾先后访问德国汉诺威莱布尼兹大学、美国布朗大学。已主持国家自然科学基金三项、省部级基金四项，入选省部级人才计划。主要从事生物数学中的自由边界问题、气体动理学方程及其流体力学极限等方面的研究，研究成果已发表在TAMS, SIMA, JDE, Nonlinearity, Euro JAM, DCDS等杂志上。

讲座简介：In this talk, we discuss the hydrodynamic limit of the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system in the whole space. By a newly developed H^2-W^{2,\infty} framework, the time decay estimate and the weighted lower-order estimate, we construct a global solution of the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system for hard potential and justify the convergence to the incompressible Navier-Stokes-Fourier-Poisson system.
