讲座人简介：

高速，南开大学讲席教授。研究领域为数理逻辑，特别是描述集合论及其在其它数学分支中的应用，相关成果发表在Inventiones Mathematicae等核心数学期刊上。他担任《中国科学：数学》及两个国际逻辑杂志编委，丛书Perspectives in Logic主编，符号逻辑协会执委会成员，中国数学会数理逻辑专业委员会主任等职。

讲座简介：

The notion of quasi－Polish spaces was introduced by de Brecht in 2013 and it unifies the objects of study from descriptive set theory and domain theory. We show the existence of a universal quasi－Polish space in the sense that every quasi－Polish space is homeomorphic to a closed subspace of the universal space. This gives a hyperspace of all quasi－Polish spaces which is itself a quasi－Polish space. We also show that the collection of all Polish closed subspaces of the universal quasi－Polish space forms a coanalytic， non－Borel subset of the hyperspace. This is joint work with Qingguo Li and Hualin Miao. No AI was used in this research。
